Men have come to speak of revelation as long ago given and done, as if God were dead. It is the office of a true teacher to show us that God is, not was, that he speaketh, not spake...

The need was never greater of new revelation than now.

letters.

For my graphic design class I had to create the alphabet out of something random, and take an individual picture of each letter. I was originally going to do this out of dixie cups (by using lots of glue and stacking cups to form each letter.) Thankfully, I have friends who frustratingly, but later thankfully, talked me out of this; a lesson which I always require repeat-learnings of: simpler sometimes is just better.

So in the midst of a brainstorming session, I looked in my living room and saw my faithful lamp that I've had for two years. This lamp has five different arms with a light at the end of each; and VOILA!...an idea was born. (Some other ideas of fellow classmates: banana peels, egg whites, ties, pepto bismol (yes, pepto bismol), jewelry, garnishes, spaghetti sauce, bike chains, horseshoes, etc. Oh, and I kid not, one girl had her boyfriend pee each letter in the snow.....truth.) Anyway, with help from Mike, April, and Annie (Katie was present...), we formed each letter out of the alphabet using the lamp arms! I loves it. Teacher loves it. We all loves it.

I can't believe you're taking credit for all of this...we all came up with the lamp idea, and then I executed it all!
